I made a chocolate truffle cheesecake for Easter dinner. This was the first cheesecake I’ve ever made. It turned out pretty good. I couldn’t find any chocolate truffle liquor so I used Godiva milk chocolate liquor. I sprinkled the top of the cheesecake with chocolate truffle pieces.
